At Silvan Homes LLC, we strive to provide exceptional home design and renovation services tailored to each client’s unique needs. We understand that plans may change, so we have established the following detailed Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. General Principles

  • All scheduled services, consultations, and project visits must be respected by both parties.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible to allow us to adjust our schedule and allocate resources efficiently.

  • By booking any service with Silvan Homes LLC, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Consultations and On-Site Project Visits

  • Scheduled consultations or on-site visits may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-shows without prior notification may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Custom Projects and Ongoing Services

  1. For custom design or renovation projects, all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to contact@silvanhomes.shop.

  2. Deposits paid for project initiation are non-refundable once work has commenced, including design preparation, planning, or material procurement.

  3. Partial refunds may be considered only if no substantial work has been completed, at the discretion of Silvan Homes LLC.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the confirmed cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any fees incurred from payment processors (bank fees, Wise fees, etc.) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule consultations or on-site visits without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability of Silvan Homes LLC’s team.

  • Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to review, and repeated short-notice rescheduling may incur fees.

6. Force Majeure

  • Silvan Homes LLC is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or emergencies

  • Health-related restrictions

  • In such cases, services will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time or refunded if rescheduling is not feasible.
